RM-AV2 Remote Commander
18 Noviembre 2012
Resumen: I shoot videos of myself for my website. I needed a remote to cut down on the hassle of running back and forth to the camera to turn it on or off between takes. The RM-AV2 solved that problem. It's a great remote and is easy to use. I would definitely recommend it as an essential accessory to have. The only "negative" about the remote is the short 5 foot cord.
Resumen: I love this thing. My Sony 700V came with a remote but it does not have a power on/off button on it, this does. I almost wish I had two of them. I film from a tripod and windshield mount most of the time so being able to turn the camera on and off as well as record without disturbing the camera is huge. This solves all my problems. My gf also does webcam and this is great for recording the shows from far away and without having to get up to power on the camera.
Resumen: The remote works good, functions fine. I have big hands and it took awhile to get comfortable with the size as it is relatively small. Seems as though it reduces battery life a little bit. Overall, very happy with it and would buy it again.
Resumen: Good quality and does what it should do. Since it does use the same plug-in that the SD monitor would use, one will need to purchase a HDMI monitor when using the RM-AV2; there will be no other option in this case.
Resumen: Exactly as advertised. The combination of shrinking consumer electronics combined with a "growing" adult population makes managing those small buttons with my sausage like fingers quite difficult. This little unit IS THE ANSWER. Clips to my shirt with a long enough leash to allow for comfortably moving around the camera. I've owned a series of Sony camcorders and this appears to work with my older versions too using the AV jack.
Resumen: Worked great was wanting to film shots from my blind while Deer Hunting with crossbow. This worked great!! I was able to see if I was shooting dead on or not. I dropped a 7 point straight out in front of my blind.
Resumen: This thing works great. It will zoom your handycam very slowly or very fast, and the rest of the controls work perfectly. I already owned a mid/high end tripod, so I didn't want to purchase the sony tripod with the built-in remote (not to mention that I checked one out in the store and they seem a little cheap). The one problem that I have with it is that the cable is rather short. A longer cord or a bluetooth option would be great.
Resumen: I bought this remote to control a Sony HDR-CX110 camcorder. I made a custom tripod to mount the camcorder on the top of a pole 20 feet up in the air to video sporting events. The wire on the remote was only 5 feet long so I had to splice into the cable ( only 3 wires ) to lengthen it to 20 feet. This remote is absolutely perfect.
