Solid Great Tripod for my HDR-FX1000
Anuther1 "James", Amazon
10 Enero 2010
Resumen: This tripod is perfect for the higher weight sony camcorders. The functions available from the handle make shooting without transferring your attention to the camera very convienient. Some reviews mentioned "reversed controls" on the handle and problems with center leveling - I think these people didn't read the documentation with the unit.
Resumen: I bought this tripod initially for use with my Hi-Def camcorder and it proved to be perfect. Filming my nephew's wedding was made so much easier with the fast and smooth panning and tilting and great control from the remote handle. Since then I've used it extensively for stills with my Nikon DSLRs and again the smooth quick operation has proved an absolute boon. I recommend it to everyone!
A favor: Just about everything
Contras: slightly heavy where trekking is required!
Resumen: This tripod and LANC enabled remote may be the best value for budding film makers like me. The tripod is very well made and is perfect for the Canon AH-H1 which I own as well. I film and produce videos for my legal practice and the tripod is fabulous because its very sturdy and the fluid head works great!
Resumen: I use the tripod to video church services from the balcony. And I need to zoom in to get good quality video. This tripod is excellent at keeping the video steady and smooth. I use a lanc control, and the tripod handle is easy to adjust at any angle.
A favor: Easy To Use, Good Interface With Camcorder, Improves Performance, Quality Construction
Extracto: If you have a handicam with a LanC mini plug input, then look no further. This is an excellent tripod with professional level features and contstrucion. There are controls in the stalk of and at the end of the handle which control the handicam via LanC in
Resumen: Bought two for use with Sony Z1u's. The pan handle is way to short which makes smooth pans and tilts hard to control since you have very limited leverage. The zoom control on the handle is backwards from what you would expect, you pull the lever back to zoom in and push the lever in to go wide. Plus the lever is very small and gives no smooth control over a zoom.
A favor: Compact, Easily Adjusted, Lightweight, Locks In Tight
Contras: Difficult To Adjust, Flimsy, To short of pan handle, Unstable
Resumen: We use this tripod for a variety of shoots from small green screen studio shoots to full stage 3 camera shoots and it works well. Could be a little taller! O.K. for the stage shots because those are done on platforms but in the small studio, where platforms are too big to use, the camera sits at about +/- 5'6" fine for seated talent but hard to get a good eye level for taller standing talent.
A favor: Carry Case, Easily Adjusted, Lightweight, Locks In Tight, Smooth Movement
