Resumen: I have been using it for several months now with a dual monitor setup without any problems on Windows 7 and then Windows 8. I'm not a gamer, so I can't tell you about that aspect of performance.
Resumen: I bought this but returned it because my small mini PC could not fit a full size card. It did enhance my games a little, but ill be honest I only tried it with the sims 3 on high settings and okay performance with an dual core i3 clarkdale. I returned it only because I decided to just build my own PC.
